Ripasso is developed and operated by Blockwise LLC (Company ID: 405502585, D-U-N-S: 933913942), incorporated in Tbilisi, Georgia ("we", "our", or "the app"). This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information when you use Ripasso on your iOS device.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information.
Ripasso is designed with a privacy-first architecture. All data you create within the app — including sentences, weights, preferences, and usage statistics — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's Core Data framework and UserDefaults. No data is transmitted to external servers, cloud services, or third parties.
2. Data Storage
All app data is stored locally on your device:
- Sentences and learning content — stored in a local Core Data database on your device.
- App settings and preferences — stored in UserDefaults on your device.
- Notification scheduling data — stored in UserDefaults and managed through Apple's local notification system (UNUserNotificationCenter).
We have no access to any of this data. It exists only on your device and is fully under your control.
3. Notifications
Ripasso uses local notifications to deliver your learning content. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device by iOS. No notification data is sent to or processed by any external server. You can enable or disable notifications at any time through the app's Settings or through your device's system Settings.
4. Third-Party Services
Ripasso does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection services. The app does not contain any SDKs or frameworks that collect or transmit user data.
5. Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any user data to third parties. Since no data leaves your device, there is nothing to share.
6. Children's Privacy
Ripasso does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since the app does not collect any personal information from any user, it is suitable for users of all ages.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
All data is stored locally on your device. You can delete individual sentences at any time within the app. To remove all app data, simply delete the Ripasso app from your device. Uninstalling the app permanently removes all associated data.
8. Security
Your data is protected by the security features built into iOS, including device encryption and app sandboxing. Since data never leaves your device, it is not exposed to network-based threats.
9. Your Rights
Because all data is stored locally on your device and we have no access to it, you have full control over your data at all times. You can view, modify, or delete any data directly within the app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
